DRACUT — The Dracut Senior High School Class of 1977 will celebrate its 40th reunion on Saturday, Jan. 13, starting at 8 p.m., at the Lo-Kai Restaurant, 1655 Lakeview Ave.

Richard Dube, who is helping to organize the reunion, said there is no admission fee. There will be a cash bar available for attendees. Jokingly, he added that the reunion lasts until the Lo-Kai runs out of tiki bowls.

“I’m looking forward to it,” said Dube, who now lives in Hudson, N.H. “It’s been 40 years and a good amount of time has gone by. I actually ran the 30-year one, and it was nice to see everybody here together and tell old stories about school days, and reconnect with old classmates you haven’t seen in a while.”

Dube said the high school’s 1977 class was one of the biggest from what he has heard.
