DRACUT — Interested in police procedural books? What about true crime, or noir mysteries? Dracut’s M.G. Parker Memorial Library now has a book group for you called ‘Deadly Pleasures.’
“A while ago, we had asked people on our white board downstairs, ‘If we were to offer a genre book group, what genre would you like it to be? and we asked in our long-range plan, too,'” Library Director Nanci Milone Hill said. “Mystery was the number one that people said, so that’s what we’re doing. We’re trying to offer it.”
An informational meeting for the new mystery book club will be held at 6 p.m. Jan. 16 in the library, 28 Arlington St.
