DRACUT — Two Dracut real-estate agents with LAER Realty Partners received an award recently for achieving exceptional levels in annual real-estate sales and transactions, according to an announcement by the Massachusetts real-estate firm.

Michael Dailey and Joanne Keefe, both of the Dracut office at 2100 Lakeview Ave., were given the Individual Agent Pearl Award, which is presented to agents who have sold between $2.5 million and $3.99 million in annual real-estate sales, or have completed between 10-19 transactions. The ceremony took place April 13 at the Boston Marriott Newton.

“I feel honored that I received an award for my sales,” Dailey said. “I was surprised. … I didn’t think that I had anything award-worthy so it was a very nice surprise.”

Dailey, a resident of Dracut who also owns and operates a landscaping company, said he recently hit his one-year anniversary with LAER Realty Partners. He works primarily in Dracut and also serves clients in surrounding communities.

Keefe has been active in the industry since 2003, when she obtained her real-estate license. She is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and won the award for 12 transactions.

The award presentations were part of the firm’s third annual ROAR awards. ROAR stands for Recognizing Our Accomplished Realtors. According to a release, in addition to recognizing individual agents, the ceremony also awards 10 special honors to “individuals who go above and beyond for their fellow agents and represent the essence of the LAER brand.”
