Despite the loss, B Team had all the right moves and great teamwork Sunday.

Nemisis Lopez got in for a touchdown along with Cam McCullough for a touchdown extra point.

Playing both sides of the ball, Ezekiel Haradji had an unbelievable game. Defensively Allyn French had a great game, delivering some explosive tackles along with 2 great runs on kick off returns. Also, on defense Trevor Lupien, Jacob Gonzales and Cameron O’Brien all played a great game.

Corey Cooper provided a great offensive run; other offensive standouts were Christian Frazier, Jeremy Gray and Jared O’Connell.

Dracut D-Blue wins a big divisional game against a tough Westford D-Team by the score of 13-6. Aidan Maston rushed in for a touchdown, along with Shawn McGuire who also rushed for a touchdown, Ian Nichols rushed for an extra point and Jakob Rivers caught two big receptions.

Aiden McCarthy and Connor Foley held off Westford’s tough defense. Dracut’s defense stepped up big all day long with big plays from Silvio DeMartino, Ray Laurin and Stephan Pinto. Nathan Lambert and Brian Mwangi locked down the ends, Lucas Enwright, Xavier Faria and Carmelo Ortiz battled on the D-Line while Nikolas Zeoli and Joshua Gagnon kept Westford’s Offense out of the secondary.

Dracut’s MM Blue team outlasted a tough Westford squad on Sunday in MVC football competition. Dracut’s offense took flight in an aerial assault with Riley Nichols throwing eight completions to backs and receivers. Timin Carter, Kai Mcdonald, Lincoln Beal, Ethan Sawyer and Dylan Eld had passes thrown to them with Lincoln Beal taking two in for touchdowns

Dracut’s offensive line, including Nick Tusa, Rocco Gerraci, Aiden Saunders, A.J. Rasmussen and Jason Golden turned in another flawless afternoon in less than desirable weather conditions.

No sacks, penalties or mishandled snaps kept Dracut out of trouble all afternoon. Timin Carter and Lincoln Beal both had rushing touchdowns with the help of outstanding blocking from the line and receivers Ethan Sawyer and Kia McDonald.

Defensively, the Middies turned in a solid performance with their front four-down lineman consisting of Braydon Bourasssa, Justin Ryan, Spencer Tennerilo, and Anthony Riveria battling Westford’s strong offensive line to a stalemate. Defensive ends Jason Golden and Dylan Eld worked with defensive backs Nick Sawyer, Kevin Obrien and Mike Marchianda containing Westford’s talented backfield for most of the game.

Dracut faces a tough Methuen team this Sunday at home.
