DRACUT — Meadow Creek Golf Club is pleased to announce that its 18-hole golf course is open for the season.
Head golf pro Anthony Martinho said, “We have been blessed with an early spring and we’re taking advantage of it by opening earlier than normally anticipated. This is my first season at Meadow Creek and I look forward to building upon the past success of the club.” Martinho comes to Meadow Creek after 18 years at Georgetown Country Club.
Christian Kaszuba, Meadow Creek’s golf superintendent, stated, “The course is in fantastic shape for this time of year. We really came through the winter well.”
Through April, the first tee time is 8 a.m. on weekdays, 7:30 a.m. on weekends. Tee times may be booked online through the Club Web site, www.meadowcreekgolfclub.com, or by calling 978-459-5129, ext. 201.
The golf season is also the first year for the club’s restaurant, Tempo. “We invite golfers and the general public alike to enjoy lunch and dinner at Tempo,” says owner Jeffrey Brem. “We’re open every day and have a great Easter brunch coming up.” Chef David Bressler, formerly of the Stonehedge Inn, serves fresh, honest food from scratch at reasonable prices in a beautiful, modern restaurant offering a casually elegant atmosphere.
Meadow Creek Golf Club is conveniently located just five miles from I-93 off Route 113 in Dracut. For more information, visit www.meadowcreekgolfclub.com or call 978-459-5129.
