Dracut suffered its second loss of the season to a very good Billerica team. Playing well for Dracut were Mike Murphy, Shaun Connors, Bobby Paquette, Owen Cormick, Justin Lang and Adam Gagnon.

Dracut now moves on to the EMass playoffs vs. the Everett Eagles.

DRACUT “C” BLUE 0

Dracut’s defense was led by excellent plays from Marcos Ruiz, Pat Connors, Jonathan Drossos, Riley Sergi, and Mike Patenaude. Offensively, Dracut received some great blocking from Mason Brouillette, Tyler Burgoyne, Brandon Ouellette, setting up offensive highlights from Brad Kamal, Troy Zwicker, Tyler Ferris, Sammy Martin, and Nick Rossetti.

DRACUT “C” WHITE 12

Dracut came up just a little short against a great Reading team. The defense came up big with many red-zone stops. The offense was led by Justin Gauthier, Kyle Humphrey, Shawn Y., Jared Sawyer, Anthony Simmons, Jacob J., and Justin Floranza, who finished with 15 rushing TDs this season.

The 6-2 the Middies scored on two long touchdown passes from Brian Pacheco to Matt Montbleau. This was all due to the great offensive line play of Dylan Languirand, Kyle Scott and Michael Alberty. The defense was led by Brandon Wagner, Keegan Bishop-Kotarba, and Patrick Canney. Other two-way standouts were Ryan Verdi, Nik Carter and Timmy Sousa.

The Middies offense was led by Josh Desrochers, who had a big receiving day, setting up the lone score from James Potrocchi. The defense hit hard all day, led by Corey Cooper and Joe Donahue.

Matues Ibarguen rushed for one Dracut TD. Jeremy Gray also rushed for a TD. Other standouts were Jack Dewing, Steven Lamontagne, Sean Murphy, Tyler Pacheco, Calvin Ritchie, Christian Sousa, and Noah Tierney-Honan. A special thanks to the coaching staff and team moms for all their help all season long.

Dracut scored on rushing touchdowns from Matthew Annis and Brandon Cooper, who scored twice.

Making strong blocks on the runs were Nick Gamache, Jacob Beaulieu and Anton Mao. Peter Sawyer rushed for a conversion.

The defense received big hits from Draven Chappel, Kyle Cox, Ian Nichols, Dillon Warner and William Peters. Kevin Carney had a big fumble recovery.
