MEN’S SOFTBALL

The league will play on Monday and Thursday nights from May 1 through August on Newcomb Field at Golden Brook Park starting at either 6 or 6:30. Each team will play 20 regular-season games. Players must play a minimum of 60 percent of the regular-season games to be eligible for the playoffs. Players 18 and older are eligible. Teams will consist of at least 12 players with a maximum of 20 players per team. You can register online or at the 6 Village Green office. Payment of $50 per player or $800 per team is due when registering. Deadline is April 28. League will follow modified USSSA rules, but only USSSA approved bats will be allowed.

WOMEN’S SOFTBALL

The slow-pitch league will play on Wednesday and Sunday nights from May 28 through August on Newcomb Field at Golden Brook Park. Each team will play 20 regular-season games. Players must play a minimum of 60 percent of the regular-season games to be eligible for the playoffs. Players 18 and older are eligible. Teams will consist of at least 12 players with a maximum of 20. You can register online or at the 6 Village Green office. Payment of $40 per player or $700 per team is due when registering. Deadline is May 21. Players are required to supply their own equipment. T-shirts will be provided for each player with uniform numbers and sponsor names. USSSA umpires will have access to game balls. No metal cleats are allowed.

SPRING TOT SOCCER

Six Wednesday practices, May 7-June 11, 6 p.m., and five fun games Sundays, May 11-June 15, 9 a.m., Village Green, next to Town Hall. No game May 25.

Open to boys and girls 3 (by May 1) and 4. No experience necessary. Register by April 30. Registration forms available at the 6 Village Green office or online at www.pelhamweb.com/recreation. Forms may be mailed to 6 Village Green, or use our new WebTrac online service. Cost $30 per player, $50 per family. A $10 late fee after April 30.

Wear shorts, shin guards (required) and sneakers; water bottle recommended. Any cancellations will be posted at www.pelhammessageboard.com. The program is subject to cancellation due to insufficient interest or inclement weather. Parents are required to stay with their children; this is not a dropoff program. KINDERMUSIK

Accepting registrations for this four-week music and movement enrichment program that begins May 8. It will take place Thursday mornings upstairs in the Pelham Library from 9:30-10:15 a.m. for youngsters 2 to 4. Sessions include weekly interactive classes featuring joyful, thematic activities that address all areas of a child’s musical, cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. GOLF LESSONS

Offering golf lessons for adults at Windham Country Club. You can register for one-hour lessons on Wednesdays beginning May 7 for $100. Lessons will be offered again in June and July.
