PELHAM — In coordination with Joanne Flynn, a PGA certified instructor, the first Parks and Recreation Golf Tournament and BBQ Dinner will be held Oct. 20 at the Windham Country Club. The scramble tourney begins at noon. All net proceeds will benefit the Campership Fund, which assists Pelham families in financial need with full or partial camperships to all Pelham Parks and Recreation programs and activities.
The dinner, held at 6 p.m., is $30 per person. It includes access to all raffle and silent-auction items. The $100 individual greens fee includes cart, prizes and dinner with raffle and auction. The $400 foursome fee includes two carts, prizes and dinner with raffle and auction.
