The Midget squad concluded its regular season last weekend by blanking the Manchester South Sabres.

The Razorbacks scored on their first drive of the game, which was made possible by the stellar blocking of linemen Josh Tremblay, Conor McColgan, Sean Sweeney, Greg Coleman and Stephen Jean.

Joey DeAngelo threw his first of three touchdowns to Justin Shepley. DeAngelo also fired touchdown strikes to Cam Robidoux and Josh Luciano. Aaron Brubaker and Danny Lamont also urned in outstanding performances. The defense came ready to play and frustrated the Sabres’ offense. The Razorbacks will now begin their playoff run in two weeks.

Mitey Mites intramural matchup

Although both of the Mitey Mite Razorbacks’ games were cancelled due to the inclement weather last weekend, there was no stopping these two teams from playing a great game of football against each other.

Both of these Mitey Might teams played intense defense and offense throughout the game. The Mitey Mite Gold team had great defensive plays by Luke Tracy, Jacob Vaiknoras and Brent Mccarthy. Great defensive plays by the Green team were by Ryan Nystrom, Trevor Longo, Jeremia Ouellette and Alex Parent.

You can watch these two teams play under the lights in Pelham on Oct. 29 when the Gold team takes on the Concord Capitols (5:30 p.m.) and the Green takes on the Londonderry Panthers (7:30 p.m.).
