Three basketball players from Lowell have been named to the MASCAC All-Conference teams.

Colleges

Drew Healy, a senior center for Salem State, was named to the men's first team, while Sean Bryan, a sophomore guard for Salem State, was selected for the men's second team.

On the women's side, Catherine Sweeney, a sophomore guard for Worcester State, was named to the second team.

Tamenang Choh of Brown University, a Lowell resident who graduated from the Brooks School, was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week for men's basketball.

Choh, a freshman forward, registered career highs in points (17) and rebounds (12) on the road against Columbia and Cornell.

He leads the Bears with 5.3 rebounds per game.

The 6-foot-5 Choh is averaging 6.5 points per game and shooting more than 50 percent from the floor for Brown.
