Williams went the first six innings, striking out 5 and walking 1, while DiPasquale worked a 1-2-3 seventh inning. Justin McQuarrie went 2-for-3 and stole 3 bases, Tim Donovan went 1-for-4 with a double and RBI, and Drew Sanborn blasted a solo home run.

Nick Hayward had a key 2-run single in the fourth. Adam Barbosa had 2 hits, including an RBI single in the fourth, and a stolen base for Dracut (3-2).

Sophomore outfielder Jack Theriault drove in both Tewksbury (0-3) runs with a single.

Catcher Rob Cutone played well for Tewksbury.

Senior center fielder Aaron Crandall led the offensive barrage for unbeaten LC (4-0) by going 3-for-5 with 2 doubles, 3 runs and 4 RBI.

Senior catcher Connor Sullivan went 2-for-4 with 4 RBI, and Dan Gillette went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI. James Sullivan had 2 hits and scored 3 runs.

Senior righty Brandon Bursey went 6 innings for the win, allowing 3 hits and 2 walks, while fanning 5.

Rich Sharp went 4-for-4, scored a run and drove in a run to power the Patriots on the road.

North Middlesex (3-1) also received 2 RBI from James Ciampa, an RBI from Tyler MacDonald, and 2 hits and an RBI from Shawn Pinney.

Quinn Cooney allowed 7 hits, struck out 8 and walked 1 during 6 strong innings to improve to 2-0 for the Lions.

Jesse Ashley pitched an inning of scoreless relief with 3 K's. Offensive stars were Mark Keller (3-for-5, double, 3 RBI), Ben Sauter (2-for-3, double, RBI), Michael DeDonato (3-for-4, RBI), Jack Campsmith (2-for-4, RBI), Cooney (2-for-2, 2 RBI) and Alex Hill (triple).

DH Jamie Hill was the offensive star for Wilmington, going 3-for-3 with a triple and 2 RBI.

Winning pitcher Mike Curtis (1-1) helped his own cause by going 2-for-3, scoring 2 runs and driving in 2 runs. Curtis struck out 6 and allowed 6 hits in 5 innings. Joe Scurto earned the save for WHS (2-1).

Adding hits were Corey Stillings (double, RBI), Jim Davey and Jackson Gillis. Mike Curtis moved to first in the sixth inning and made a tremendous diving stop on a hard grounder to his right and beat the runner to the bag.

Groton-Dunstable 5

Nick D'Angelo had 3 hits with a run scored and double while pacing Groton-Dunstable's offense.

Aidan Ward added a hit with an RBI and run scored for the Crusaders (1-2).

Senior shortstop Dan Bodi had 2 hits, and senior second baseman Cam MacDonald had 2 hits as well for Westford (2-1).

Senior righty Noah Zavolas tossed a 1-hitter and struck out 14 to get the win. The Harvard-bound Zavolas also had an RBI single.

Josh Geller added an RBI single for the Colonials (3-1). Junior Matt Bullock scored a pair of runs.

Lowell 7

North Andover 5

Lowell (2-2) got two runs in the top of the 11th when North Andover dropped a fly ball in the outfield. That proved to be enough for the win.

Senior Brian Dolan went 2 innings for the win, while junior Randy DeJesus earned the save. The Red Raiders used five pitchers.

Dolan also went 3-for-5 at the plate with 2 doubles and a run scored. DeJesus had 2 hits, and Ryan Ames had 2 hits and 2 RBI.

Chris Benjamin and Chris Gamble had 1 hit each for the Pythons (0-1).
