DRACUT -- Palm Sunday is one of the most highly attended liturgies in the Catholic Church's liturgical calendar. The moveable feast day, which always takes place a week before Easter, falls on Sunday, March 25.

To accommodate expected larger Mass attendance, the Rev. Seán Maher, administrator at St. Francis Parish of Dracut, has added Mass times for both Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. Palm Sunday Masses will be held Saturday, March 24, at 4 p.m., and Sunday, March 25, at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and noon.

Easter Sunday Masses will be held Sunday, March 31, at 8 p.m. (Easter Vigil) and Sunday, April 1, at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and noon. An Easter egg hunt on the front lawn follows Sunday Masses. All are welcome.

St. Francis is at 115 Wheeler Road, Dracut. For more information, call 978-452-6611, email info@saintfrancis.net, or visit saintfrancis.net.
