LOWELL -- Members of Franco American School's Class of 2014, who have been accepted at a variety of schools in the area, received scholarships during recent commencement exercises.

Kettie Kasera, Onyeamaechi Onyenwe and Kyra St. Phard have all been accepted into Lowell High School's Latin Lyceum. Kettie and Kyra received Franco American School Scholarships, and Onyeamaechi received a Boyd Family Scholarship.

Cyril Amanfo, who will attend St. Paul's School, received a Franco American School PTO Scholarship.

Zora Harley will attend the Academy of Notre Dame in the fall. She received a Franco American Day Committee Scholarship for the study of French.

Tejasri Vempati plans to attend Austin Preparatory School in the fall.

Jessica Hagg is headed for Chelmsford High School and received a Franco American School Scholarship and a Dr. Romanowski Scholarship.

Three students will attend Greater Lowell Technical: Heidi Marvin, Anthony Morrissette and Alexia Rivera.

Makayla Sweeney, a recipient of a Boyd Family Scholarship, will attend Lowell High School.

Stephen Keang, who will attend Lowell Catholic, received a Franco American Day Committee Scholarship for the study of French.
