LOWELL -- The 14th annual African Festival will take place on Saturday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Sampas Pavilion, 560 Pawtucket Blvd. The event, organized by the African Cultural Association (A.C.A.) of Greater Lowell, showcases African culture and fosters the strength of the African community through its diversity.
