They will play musical pieces by Bach, Hindemith, Albinoni, Martin and Arnold.
The concert will also include as Artistic Exchange at 2:30 p.m. before BSO performance. The exchange features players from the Lowell High School Brass Quintet performing several pieces by Mozart, Beethoven and Bach and a solo by LHS trumpet player Alisa Crueger Cain, accompanied by David Keefe. She is the first trumpet in the orchestra of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association Northeastern District Jr. Music Festival.
A reception for the audience and BSO and Lowell High musicians will follow the concert.
