Flaky Cream Cheese Pie Crust. We keep returning to Rose Levy Beranbaum's pastry recipe for new pies, including Joe Yonan's Cranberry Apricot Pie.

World's Best Lasagna (Tweaked). An adaptation of a recipe originally posted by John Chandler on, where it became their most-viewed recipe of all time, proved a hit for our site as well.

Anthony Bourdain's Boeuf Bourguignon. This perennial favorite is well-suited for the winter season.

Slow-Roasted Beef. You'll have to cook the meat 2 1/2 hours for every pound, but your patience will be rewarded.

Basic Flatbread. The dough for this yeast-free bread can be made two or three days in advance.

Primanti Bros. Sandwiches. Our riff on the famously over-the-top Pittsburgh creation.

Cinnamon Baked Doughnuts. Ina Garten's no-fry treats are definitely worth dusting off those doughnut pans you bought but forgot to use.
