HUDSON, N.H., -- Two Dracut, Mass., residents were arrested after midnight on Wednesday on charges they broke into cars and stole items, police said.

At 2:30 a.m., a resident told police that three males were "prowling on their property" on Musquash Road. As officers checked the area, a second call came in from a nearby resident on Schaeffer Circle.

Police then stopped a 2002 Acura RSX on Schaeffer Circle, finding an adult male, an adult female and two juveniles inside.

Upon further investigation, police said, they learned that the subjects were involved in stealing articles from parked cars in the area.

Brandon Jennison-Tolonen, 21, of Dracut, was charged with conspiracy to commit theft, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Meghan Manseau, 22, of Dracut, was charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. Manseau also was charged with possession of a controlled drug, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Bail for Jennison-Tolonen was set at $2,000, and Manseau's bail was set at $8,000. Neither was able to post bail, and both are scheduled to appear in Nashua's 9th Circuit Court on Wednesday.

The juveniles were released to their parents.
