The Dracut White U13 Lacrosse Team topped off another outstanding year by capturing the 2013 Patriot Youth Lacrosse League Championship. After a 7-1 season record, the boys entered the playoffs as the No. 2 seed and went undefeated to take the crown after winning four straight games.

The Middies opened up their playoff run with a tough 6-4 win over Methuen as defensemen Kyle McManus, Connor Jones, Enrique Santiago and Mike DiSabito stifled the Rangers' offensive attack.

Next up for the white squad was in town rival Dracut Blue. Midfielders Tristan Corriea (8) and Lincoln Lessard (4) scored all the goals in this hard fought 12-7 victory. The team crushed Littleton 9-2 in the semi-finals behind the sterling play of attackmen Jared O'Connell, Andrew Dickson, Alec Vella and Shawn Fischer.

In the exciting final contest, Dracut knocked off an undefeated Groton-Dunstable line-up 10-7, as midfielders Brandon Hudon and Sloan Carter hustled all over the field with goalie Jack Nee making several outstanding saves. Congrats to all the Dracut Lacrosse players for their tremendous accomplishment.
