LITTLETON —A Newton woman was arrested Wednesday night in Littleton on two counts of assualt and battery with a dangerous weapon.
The weapons? A hammer and a spray bottle filled with bleach.
Asia Dotten-Jiles, 22, was arrested by Littleton police on 26 Green Needles Road Wednesday evening after allegedly throwing a hammer, spraying the victim with the bleach bottle and making verbal threats.
The victim, who was visiting residents in a cottage behind 26 Green Needles Road, had been dining with neighbors.
The victim, carrying a can of pepper spray, used it on Dotten-Jiles, causing Dotten-Jiles to retreat to 26 Green Needles Road. Police located the Dotten-Jiles inside that residence and learned she had showered and decontaminated herself from the pepper spray.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to Nashoba Valley Medical Center for evaluation.
Dotten-Jiles is being held in custody on a $25,000 bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Ayer District Court.
Dotten-Jiles was previously wanted on a warrant out of Quincy District Court for resisting arrest and a warrant out of Boston District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
