WESTFORD - Lowell General Hospital's TeamWalk for CancerCare hosted its seventh annual CatWalk for CancerCare Fashion Show.

On April 28, more than 500 guests watched 80 stunning models who strutted in style on the catwalk at the Westford Regency, wearing everything from outlandish wedding and ball gowns to jeans, all to help fight cancer. These courageous and uplifting models are either cancer survivors, have lost someone to cancer, or modeling in honor of someone who has fought cancer. Some of the models are even doctors who care for cancer patients and their families.

Before the fashion show, guests mingled during the cocktail reception and were treated to a gigantic Italian buffet of pastas, Caesar salads and yummy desserts.

A special thank you to sponsors and vendors, including Chantilly Place Bridal Boutique, Macy's, Lands' End, Torrid, Lord & Taylor, Wish of Acton, Kristen Salon and introducing young fashion designer Abdul Traore.

Congratulations to Robert Orr-Skirvin and all his team - you sure know how to put on a show to kick cancer where it hurts.

The fashion show was dedicated in memory of Chuck LaFlamme and Mary E. Bauchiero.

This event raised $69,000. For more information, visit www.teamwalk.org.
