PELHAM, N.H. -- Police in Pelham are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday, Jan. 3, about 6 p.m., after which a Dracut woman was charged.
After arriving at the scene on Bridge Street, just over the Dracut line, Pelham police officers charged Valerie Bourassa, 30, of Dracut, with two counts of driving under the influence, aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving after license suspension.
Bourassa was driving north on Bridge Street in a 2009 Ford Fusion when she rear-ended a 2000 Honda Accord driven by Ronald Perrin, 50, of Lowell, police said in a press release, who suffered minor injuries.
Bourassa is scheduled to be arraigned in Salem District Court on Jan. 22, at 8 a.m.
