TEWKSBURY -- Police arrested four people this week on drug-related charges, in two separate incidents.

On Tuesday, police were conducting surveillance near Fresh Express at 1706 Shawsheen St. when they saw two men they believed to be making a drug sale.

Michael Albano, 58, of 5 Richard St. in Medford, was charged with possession of morphine with intent to distribute, possession of OxyContin with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Christopher Beurman, 47, of 43 Leicester St., Oxford, was charged with possession of cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

Both men pleaded not guilty in arraignments at Lowell District Court Wednesday and were released on personal recognizance.

Albano is due back in court on July 23 for a probable-cause hearing.

These arrests came a day after police found heroin in a Boisvert Road home.

Two residents of 20 Boisvert Road, 23-year-old Tyler Flaherty and 21-year-old Megan Anderson, were arrested, and police executed a search warrant in the house.

Flaherty was charged with two counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Anderson was charged with knowingly being present where heroin is kept.

Both were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Lowell District Court.
