PEMBROKE -- Dracut High senior Karina Shepard won the girls' 800-meter run in a meet record 2:13.12 at the MIAA Eastern Mass. Division 3 Championships on Saturday.

Shepard broke the previous record of 2:13.34 set in 1999 by Stoneham's Maura McCusker.
Tewksbury senior Jess Amedee won the girls' 100-meter hurdles in 15.65 seconds.
Tewksbury senior Chelsee Porcaro won the girls' discus (119-2) and placed second in the shot put (35-6.75).
Bedford junior Erin Dietz won the girls' mile in 5:04.62.
Burlington junior Stephanie McFadries won the girls' javelin (121-1).
The Dracut girls' 4x800 relay won in 9:41.85.
The Tewksbury girls finished third in the team standings with 59.5 points, behind Bishop Feehan (89.33) and Pembroke (85).
Local winners on the boys' side were Tewksbury senior Eddie Matovu in the 110-meter hurdles (15.67), Dracut senior Ryan Kerrigan in the shot put (53-8), Burlington senior Paul Hogan in the 2-mile (9:14.50) and Bedford junior Alex Avakian in the discus (140-6).
Senior Kate Cowden placed second in the girls' discus (119-4). Senior Alex Bischoff finished fourth in the girls' 400-meter dash (1:00.32). Sophomore Julia Gake finished sixth in the 800 (2:23.52). The girls' 4x400 relay finished eighth in 4:19.39.
On the boys' side, senior Kyle Souza finished sixth in the 400 (53.06). Freshman Joe Gaudreau finished eighth in the 200 (23.88).
Sophomore Ashley Colarusso placed second in the girls' pole vault (9-3), sophomore Jess Ripley placed fourth (9-3) and senior Mel Somerville tied for sixth (7-6).
Senior Lindsey Monti finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles (16.66). Senior Sara Semenza finished seventh in the 400 (1:00.82). Freshman Lauren Polimeno finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (1:09.76).
The Tewksbury girls' 4x800 relay finished fourth in 9:59.93. The 4x100 relay finished sixth in 52.44 seconds.
On the boys' side, junior Andrew Nguyen placed second in the pole vault (10-9) and finished seventh in the 110-meter hurdles (16.76). Sophomore Connor Blair finished fifth in the 400 (52.66). Junior Mike Famiglietti finished fifth in the 2-mile (9:52.88).
Junior Seth Auger and senior Michael Charbonneau tied for sixth in the pole vault (9-6).
The Tewksbury boys' 4x800 relay finished fourth in 8:30.86.
Senior Billy Machado placed third in the boys' discus (138-6). Junior Tyler Bassett placed fourth in the javelin (155-6).
On the girls' side, junior Callista Citthixay placed eighth in the pole vault (7-6). Senior Jackie Marchelletta placed eighth in the discus (93-0).
Junior Danae Bucci placed second in the girls' high jump (5-0) and finished third in the 100-meter hurdles (16.51). Freshman Obiageli Nwodoh placed third in the discus (104-2).
Junior Savannah Foxtree-McGrath placed fifth in the high jump (5-0) and sixth in the javelin (108-10). Sophomore Nicole MacLellan finished seventh in the 2-mile (11:31.56). Junior Janessa McCabe finished eighth in the girls' 400-meter dash (1:01.12). Sophomore Sabine Galvis finished eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.34). Junior Taylor Fronk placed eighth in the triple jump (33-10).
Junior Michaela Mazure placed sixth in the girls' long jump (16-3.5). The Burlington girls' 4x400 relay finished third in 4:13.99.
On the boys' side, senior Christien Morneweck placed third in the long jump (20-7.5), sixth in the triple jump (41-10) and tied for seventh in the high jump (5-10). Junior Eric Salina finished fourth in the 400 (52.2). Senior Matt Ackerman finished fourth in the mile (4:27.02) and junior Colin Raposo was eighth (4:32.01).

Cathryn MacGregor won the girls javelin with a throw of 115-3 at the Division 4 Meet at Durfee High School. Paige DePasquale placed sixth in the discus at 105-4.
