HUDSON, N.H. -- A 50-year-old Merrimack woman was arrested on drunken-driving charges for the second time Tuesday afternoon after police said she crashed into a utility pole.

Deborah Campbell faces charges of driving while intoxicated (second offense) and conduct after an accident for allegedly leaving the scene.

Campbell, who was found by police near the scene of the crash, is due to appear in court June 5 for arraignment.

The accident took place about 4:20 p.m., near the intersection of Chatham Street and Blackstone Drive, in an area between Ferry Street (Route 111) and Central Street. Police said Campbell was not injured, and there was only minor damage to the vehicle and pole.
