Dean Trahan's fifth goal of the night was the overtime game-winner as Chelmsford defeated Peabody, 7-6, in a non-league boys lacrosse game on Friday.

Methuen 8

Junior Steve Maxim scored 7 goals as Dracut improved to 9-4, one victory from clinching a state tournament berth. The Middies can do so Saturday morning at Pentucket.

John Sheppard added 2 goals and 1 assist. Zak Gentile had 1 goal and 2 assists. Ricky Beckwith had 1 goal and 1 assist. Dracut goalie Brian Schiavi made 13 saves.

Hudson 9

Littleton 8

Griffin Shoemaker and Nick Hudson scored 3 and 2 goals, respectively, for Littleton, which rallied from a 6-2 halftime deficit to tie the game 8-8.

Hudson scored the game-winner with five minutes left.

Northeast 14

Nashoba Tech 7

Nashoba Tech's goal scorers were Jake Twombley with 4, Ben Coppinger with 2, and Ryan Shaw with 1. In goal for the Vikings was Tim Bernard, who made 14 saves. The Vikings fell to 7-9.
