HUDSON, N.H. -- A Pelham man who was discovered burglarizing a residence Friday afternoon by the returning homeowners was arrested after a foot chase, police said.

Adam Zincavitch, 26, of Pelham was charged with felony burglary, and resisting arrest and prowling, both misdemeanors, Lt. Kevin DiNapoli reported.

The burglary-in-progress was reported to police in a 911 call received at 2:18 p.m. from the homeowners, who live in the neighborhood of Wason Road and Hunter Lane.

"The homeowner immediately called 911, and a footchase ensued between Hudson officers and one of the suspects," DiNapoli said. "The suspect was apprehended."

Zincavitch had several accomplices, police determined.

"Several other suspects who were involved in the same crime have been identified and are being sought at this time," DiNapoli said.
