TEWKSBURY -- Two men were arrested after police allegedly observed one selling the other man Oxycodone pills on Friday.
Tewksbury police arrested Arthur Voutselas, 22, of 25 Robinson Road, Nashua, charging him with distributing a Class B substance. Police also arrested Philip Demeris, 30, of 38 Graniteville Road, Chelmsford, charging him with possession of a Class B substance.
Detectives observed the transaction on Andover Street, which led to the seizure of Oxycodone pills and their arrest, police said.
Demeris and Voutselas are scheduled to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Monday.
