TYNGSBORO -- A Dracut man has been charged in a series of thefts at Skate 3 on Middlesex Road.
Police Chief Richard Howe said a number of patrons of the popular ice arena and roller skating center reported in December that their credit cards, wallets or vehicle keys had been stolen.
Timothy Brace, 36, of Dracut, has been charged with one count of larceny from a building, three counts of improper use of a credit card under $250, one count of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in the nighttime with the intent of committing a felony, one count of larceny under $250 and two counts of larceny of a credit card. Howe said Brace was identified with help of the Dracut and Billerica police departments.
Howe said Brace has been issued a summons, and continues to be under investigation by other departments. Howe noted he does not believe the stolen property has been recovered.
