DRACUT -- A two-alarm fire at 64 Redgate Road at about noon Monday resulted in no injuries, according to initial reports.

While command reports indicated heavy smoke and fire in a house and garage, the blaze appeared to essentially under control by the time a Sun photographer arrived.

Fire departments from Tyngsboro, Lowell and Pelham provided mutual aid.

The fire appeared to be brought under control in about 5 minutes.

The cause of the blaze is unknown.
