DRACUT -- The third annual Team Riverside Harvest Fundraiser to support Lowell General Hospital's TeamWalk for CancerCare will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6, at the Dracut American Legion, Broadway Road, from 7 to 11 p.m.
Tickets are $15. The evening includes a DJ, raffle prizes, 50/50 drawing, and silent auction items. Light fare will be served.

WOBURN -- Ninety Nine Restaurants raised more than $430,000 for the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute throughout New England and New York from fundraising efforts that took place from July through August.

Homeless organization receives grant
NASHUA, N.H. -- Harbor Homes recently received a $7,500 grant from the TD Charitable Foundation, funded by TD Bank, to provide support for one of its longest-running supportive housing programs, known as Permanent Housing III.

The nonprofit organization provides primary and behavioral health care, affordable housing employment support and other supportive services to New Hampshire's most vulnerable populations including the homeless, chronically homeless, veterans, elderly, developmentally disabled, and individuals, as well as their families, struggling with mental illness, substance use disorders, and HIV/AIDS.
